If an app, video or channel you just purchased does not work on your device, please let us know right away and you'll be refunded your MiKandi Gold. All sales of MiKandi Gold are final. If an application you have purchased with MiKandi Gold contains illegal or malicious content, a virus, or is inaccurately represented, you may be eligible for a refund of the MiKandi Gold you used to purchase the application. MiKandi Gold can be used for 365 days from the date of purchase. Unused credits will expire after 1 year from the purchase date.

MiKandi Subscriptions

If you elect to become a subscriber to MiKandi services or content, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription in full on a monthly basis. All fees and charges (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) will be charged to your credit card. You agree to maintain valid credit card information in your account information. Your MiKandi subscription will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it.

Your MiKandi subscription may start with a trial or promotion. Trials are for new or certain MiKandi Users only. MiKandi reserves the right, in its absolute and sole discretion, to determine your trial or promotion eligibility.

MiKandi will begin billing your credit card for monthly subscription fees at the end of the trial period or promotion period of your subscription, if applicable, unless you cancel prior to the end of the trial period or promotion period. You will not receive a notice from us that your trial period or promotion has ended or that your monthly subscription billing has begun. We will continue to bill your credit card on a monthly basis until you cancel.

If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not update your payment method or cancel your account (see below), you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing your payment method, as it may be updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates.

You may cancel your MiKandi subscription any time accessing “My Subscriptions” under your account settings, or by providing our customer service department with a notice of your intent to cancel the membership along with your username and full name. You must cancel your subscription at least seven (7) days before renewal in order to avoid billing of the next month’s subscription fees. Subscription payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following cancellation, you will continue to have access to the MiKandi services and content through the end of your current billing period.
